Sachin Baisoya and team win Pro-Am

PUNE: The Pro-Am event of the Pune Open Golf Championship 2019, played at the Poona Club Golf Course, was won by Sachin Baisoya and his team.

The Pro-Am was played in the Team Scramble format where the best ball was chosen on every shot.

Delhi’s Sachin Baisoya led his team to victory in the Pro-Am event. Baisoya’s team accumulated a score of 50.7 and comprised of amateurs Pankaj Sharma, Siddharth Kulkarni and C J Francis.

Noida’s Amardip Malik helped his team finish second with a score of 54.2. Malik’s team comprised of amateurs Neeraj Sharma, Gaurav Chaphalkar and Satish Shitut. The prize for the closest to the pin on hole no. 2 was won by Jayant Thorat whose shot landed 30.5 feet from the hole.
