Puneri Paltan seeks Bappa’s blessings ahead of home leg

Pune: Puneri Paltan team members on Tuesday visited Pune’s ‘Manacha Pahila’ - Kasba Ganapati to pay their respects and seek blessings ahead of the upcoming Pune leg of the PKL. 

With fervour and enthusiasm all the players of the team along with head coach Anup Kumar visited the pandal to seek the deity’s blessings and after performing prayer they distributed prasad to the devotees present.

During the visit, the team members were also felicitated by the Kasba Ganapati trust. After the prayers, some excited fans also took selfies and autographs of their favourite players.

With the upcoming home-leg, Puneri Paltan promises its fans nail biting, edge of the seat thrilling Kabaddi action for non-stop six days. 

Puneri Paltan will start its home leg campaign on Saturday, September 14, when they will be playing against Gujarat Fortunegiants.

Puneri Paltan is synonymous with massive energy and zeal of the glorious culture it represents, making it one of the most solid teams of the season.

Kabaddi legend Anup Kumar is the head coach and the team is led by Surjeet Singh. So far Puneri Paltan’s journey in the 7th edition of PKL has been a rollercoaster ride. With the support of its huge fan base for the home leg, the Puneri lions are ready to roar in their den.
