Pune: Nameesh Hood defeated Trishik Wakalkar 5-0 to sail into second round of the boys Under-10 event in the ICON Group “Little Champions Series Tennis Tournament at Silver Sports Club, Wakad on Saturday.
Seventh seed Swaraj Dhamdhere also advanced into the second round with a 5-2 win over Shriram Joshi. It also turned out to be an easy passage for Aman Shah as he crushed Vaishnav Ranawade 5-0. Surya Kakade also secured 5-1 win over Vishwaraj Ingawale.
