Pune: Nitten Kirrtane continues to sizzle as he clinched AITA National Ranking tennis tournament in Mumbai.
In the final, top seed Nitten got the better of second seed Anshu Kumar Bhuyan from Assam 6-4, 6-0.
Nitten controlled the match right from the start breaking Anshu in the third game of the first set.
Nitten was in top class form, as he survived breakpoints to hold serve in the next game.
Nitten again broke the Assam player in the fifth game. Anshu fought hard but Nitten managed to hold his serve and win the first set 6-4.
Second set turned out to be a cakewalk for Nitten as he clinched it 6-0 to earn the title. The win made Nitten richer by Rs 78,000.
The tournament was organised by Practennis Academy from December 18-23.

Final: bt 2-Anshu Kumar Bhuyan (Asm) 6-4, 6-0.
Semi-finals bt Saurabh Patil 7-6(7-0), 6-0.
Quarter-finals bt Ajinkya Bachav 6-3, 6-1.
