Dhaniraj edges Immanuel Marthoma; NMV win easily

Dhaniraj School, Bavdhan, won a close battle, edging Immanuel Marthoma School, Vishrantwadi  8-6.

Pune: In the first girls main draw match on Monday, NMV Girl’s High School, Tilak Road, scored an easy 11 – 1 win over Sinhgad Spring Dale Public School, Wadgaon (Bk) in the Kho-Kho event at the Sanmitra Sangha, Kothrud during the ongoing Sakal presents Mapro Schoolympics in Pune. 

Dhaniraj School, Bavdhan, won a close battle, edging Immanuel Marthoma School, Vishrantwadi  8-6.

Shree Saraswati Vidya Mandir Madhyamik, Kothrud, earned a 17-6 victory in the first of eight main draw matches on Monday in the boys event. Pravin Patait was the star on the day for the winners, spending 2 minutes 50 seconds in the action and bagging three points. Samata Vidyalaya, Uruli Devachi were also dominant, winning 15-2 against Utkarsha English Medium School.
