PUNE: Bopodi FC beat Galactic Warriors 4-2 in the tie-breaker of the quarterfinal round of the third division super league at the PDFA League in progress at the Dobarwadi here on Tuesday.
Galactic Warriors took the lead when Parth Jogalekar scored in the 35th minute. Akash Pardeshi from Bopodi FC scored the equaliser in the 40th minute as the score at full time read 1-1. Akash Pardeshi, Sunny Owhal and Ronny Rozario from Bopodi FC scored in the tie-breaker while Rohit Kumar struck for the Warriors.
Later Diego Juniors ‘B’ beat Puneri Warriors 5-3 in a tie-breaker. Vivek Shelekari from Warriors scored in the 18th minute. Ajit Chavan from Diego Juniors scored the equaliser in the 28th minute. In the tie-breaker, Nikhil Sawant, Vasu Malangi, Hitesh Yadav and Anmol Agarwal scored for Diego Juniors while Manish Deshmukh and Prasad Naik scored for Puneri Warriors.
