"Sadly, matches will have to take place without fans in stadiums, so we are pleased to have come up with a positive solution for supporters to be able to watch all the remaining 92 matches."

The statement also said that the matches would be held behind closed doors, due to COVID-19.

The statement also confirmed that all 92 matches will be broadcast live in the UK by Current rights holders Sky Sports, BT Sport, BBC Sport and Amazon Prime, will broadcast the remaining games. The BBC is showing four of the games; the first top-flight matches are shown on free-to-air TV since 1992.

All 20 Premier League clubs agreed on that decision at a meeting on Thursday.
