Pune: 'Seven Mantras' initiative of delivering fresh vegetables and fruits - directly from the farm to the kitchen - has received a huge response from citizens of Pune, and Pimpri-Chinchwad cities. Farmers and customers are both benefiting from this initiative.
The vegetables and fruits are being home-delivered under the brand name of Seven Mantras which is an initiative of 'Agrowon'. The demand for fresh vegetables and fruits has increased with the huge response to the initiative right from day one.
The initiative has been undertaken to ensure that customers get fresh and clean vegetables and fruits at their doorstep, the loot by middlemen should stop, and farmers should benefit from the huge market demand. Once a customer registers his requirements, fresh vegetables and fruits harvested within 24 hours are delivered to the customers' address.
Request to customers
After receiving the basket, please take out and store the vegetables and fruits out of the basket immediately. If there are any issues about the quality of vegetables and fruits, please call the call centre number within one hour of receiving delivery. It will help us resolve the matter at the earliest.

Respond to delivery executives' call
There is a huge demand for seven mantras baskets. We are trying our best to deliver it in time and customer cooperation will ensure that. Delivery executives call each customer when they reach the delivery address location. If customers respond to these calls immediately, then the next deliveries can be done in time. In some societies, outsiders are not given entry and hence customers are informed in advance about the baskets being kept with the security guards.
