Ruby Hall opens virtual clinic at NDA for civillians

PUNE: The Ruby Hall Clinic recently inaugurated its virtual clinic at the National Defence Academy (NDA) to help civilians and residing population in and around the NDA campus.

Through this initiative, over 10,000 civilians are set to benefit from advanced diagnostics of ailments as well as specialty opinions from medical experts at the hospital. Air Marshal IP Vipin, Commandant, NDA, Bomi Bhote, CEO, Ruby Hall Clinic, and Dr Manisha Karmarkar, COO, Ruby Hall, were present on the occasion.

Air Marshal Vipin said, “We are excited to share this offering with our staff.”“Employees form the heart of any organisation. We are always working to provide our employees with the most innovative solutions to meet their health needs. Virtual clinics come as a positive change for employee health and by being one of the early adopters, we are confident the use of telemedicine is only set to grow across the country,” said Air Marshal Vipin.

Bomi Bhote said the world is changing in terms of consumers, where patients are expecting better and faster services and virtual clinics are the perfect answer.

“While benefits of this service are innumerable, at its heart, the biggest and most easily measurable advantage of digital transformation is the availability of top specialist doctors on a virtual platform, who take care of patients and help in improving their wellbeing,” said Bhote.
