Railways to extend trains between Pune and Jabalpur

Pune: The Railways has decided to extend further the date of the special trains running between Pune and Jabalpur to clear the extra rush of passengers. 

According to the Railways, train number 01655 Special which leaves Pune at 10.45 am every Tuesday and arrives at Jabalpur at 06.15 am the next day, is now extended up to January 01, 2019. Similarly, train number 01656 Special that leaves from Jabalpur at 7.30 pm every Sunday and arrives in Pune at 2.05 pm the next day is now extended up to December 30, 2018. 

The train will halt at Daund, Ahmednagar, Kopargaon, Manmad, Bhusaval, Khandwa, Harda, Itarsi, Pipariya, Narsinghpur and Madan Mahal. It will have composition of one AC-2 Tier, four AC-3 Tier, 10 Sleeper Class and one General Second Class.

Apart from this, the Railways will start a special holiday train between Pune and Hatia. The train will run from October 17 to November 16 and will complete 10 trips from both destinations. Train number 02845 will run from October 19 to November 16. The train will depart from Pune at 10.45 am every Friday and reach Hatia 6.20 pm. Similarly, train number 02846 Super Fast will run from October 17 to November 14. The train will depart from Hatia every Wednesday at 6.25 pm and reach on the third day at 2.45 early morning.

The Railways has decided to give a halt to train number 12129/30 Pune-Howrah-Pune Azad Hind express at Bhatapara and Dongargadh.
