About three lakh students apply each year to the university for convocation which is held at the university campus with great fanfare. But the Covid-19 outbreak has forced SPPU to conduct its 117th Regular Convocation Ceremony online this year. Those students who have cleared their examination held in October or November 2019 or prior to it had applied for the regular convocation certificate. While for the supplementary convocation certificate, only students who have cleared the examinations in April or May 2019 had applied.
If a student is unable to find his or her name in the convocation list, then they should contact the certificate section along with convocation application form copy, paid payment receipt copy and final year mark sheet copy. For any correction of name, college name, class etc in degree certificate, students should contact within three months to certificate section.
