Pune: Colleges get orders to complete the registration process as soon as possible

Pune: Nearly 211 junior colleges from Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad area have begun taking registrations for 11th admission. Out of these, around 113 colleges have not received permission from the department of deputy director of information education.

But personally, people have complained about the college’s login through SMS. Admission Control Committee’s Secretary Meena Shendakar had advised that the principal of colleges must upload the required documents so that colleges will get permission.

93 colleges have not registered yet. They must complete the procedure soon. Once these registrations are over then the committee of deputy director of education gets sufficient time for permitting colleges. Except these, 11 colleges which are newly included in Pune Municipal Corporation’s limit should not admit students through the offline medium. Also, registration for colleges should be done on a preferential basis. Related colleges must send proposals on the email provided at the time of lockdown, ordered 11th standard central admission control committee.

Colleges should not wait for the last date for online registration
“Every year we experience that most of the colleges do registration on the last day. Due to which server goes down. Therefore, for central 11th admission, junior colleges in Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad should not wait for last days but do the online registration as soon as possible”, told Meena Shendakar, Secretary of central 11th standard admission control committee.
