PMRDA chief Kiran Gitte said all fresh industrial proposals and single-building proposals in PMRDA will be processed through the online portal. Gitte said that the help desk will help and facilitate process of building plan approval.
Digitally-signed building plan drawings and bank challans will be provided and all updates will be provided on e-mail and mobile to respective developers. A unique ‘colour-coding scheme’ has been used in the online system, which helps in making draft of building plans.
“The system is also being integrated with the GIS-based Existing Land Use (ELU) portal of PMRDA. Fire NOC and environmental clearance have also been integrated into the system. The dedicated OBPAS portal ‘www.pmrda-obpas.com’ has details about the ‘User Manual’ for easy reference,” added Gitte. A helpline number 020-25933300 has also been started.
