PUNE: Sandeep Sonawane, the candidate of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) from Parvati Vidhan Sabha constituency, on Friday released exclusive manifesto for the constituency. He promised that the government schools will be better than private schools, effective implementation of the Right to Education Act, free training for the students for competitive examinations. Sonawane said that the issues of education, health, infrastructure and women safety will be given priority.
“Strengthening of the public transport system, facilitating RTO permit for autorickshaws, water supply, waste management, security, environment has been given more attention in the manifesto. Health Service Rights law will be implemented on the lines of Delhi Mohalla Clinic model. Also, a network of 10,000 CCTV cameras
will be installed in the constituency besides construction of lavatories for women at every 2 kilometres,” he said.
In addition, he said that issues of farmers will be also looked into and encroachment of rivers drains and hills will be stopped.
