Orbis School holds ceremony to appoint new student council

Pune: The ceremonious installation of the Student Council for 2017-18 took place at The Orbis School, Keshavnagar, as per the Orbis Investiture ceremony tradition. 

The outgoing council members were thanked and appreciated for their performance during the last year. There was cheer among all students and the teachers to welcome the newly elected council, that marched in smartly for the change of guard, introduction and the oath taking, headed by Mihir Danwal, the School 
Captain. 

The House Vice Captains, Sports Captains, Senior Prefects and House Captains came in with the House flags. 

The council members were conferred with sashes by the staff members and badges were pinned by their parents. The School Vice Captain, Ashish BS, delivered the vote of thanks. This was a proud moment, full of optimism, as young leaders were being created.
