Pune: Due to high demand from candidates for admission to the three-year degree programme in hospitality and hotel administration, National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) has extended the application date till March 25.
The 63rd top-ranked NCHM oaffiliated Institutes of Hotel Management (IHMs) in India.
The NCHMCT has stated that because of high demand from candidates, the National Council has extended the dates by 10 days. Earlier, the last date of application was March 15.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the NCHM Joint Entrance Examination (NCHM JEE-2019) for admission to the BSc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration Course at all IHMs for the academic year 2019-20 in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. NCHM JEE 2019 will be held on April 27 between 9.30 am to 12.30 pm.
Sakal Times had reported earlier that for the first time, all 63 IHMs have included ‘veg only’ course in their curriculum and students can accordingly fill the application forms.
The interested candidates are enabled to opt for vegetarian practicals only on their joining at the allotted institutes after admission.
