Mgmt festival ‘VISTA 2K19’  held at SBES

Pune: SaiBalaji Education Society’s (SBES) ‘VISTA 2K19’, a seven-day annual techno-cultural management festival flagged off on February 23 with its first event Duathlon, a 10 km cycle + 5 km run. 

With a motto ‘Healthy mind in a healthy body’, Duathlon was flagged off by SBES Founder President Prof Manish R Mundada, finisher of the prestigious Boston marathon Amod Bhate and an ardent marathon runner Ajay Gupta. 

More than 150 participants from across all age groups participated in this event.
 
Mayur Yadav got the first prize, while Yashodhara Madhukar Sherkar and Siddi Ravindra Jagtap became the first and second runners-up. 

On the second day, the ‘12th Anil Raghuvanshi Memorial National Business Plan Competition’ was conducted. Going with the tune of ‘Make in India and ‘Startup India’, the theme for this competition was ‘Breakthrough Innovative Business Ideas for Business Startup’.
 
The ‘B Plan’ competition was graced by Meine Kuche India Pvt Ltd MD and CEO Deepak Bharadia, who was the chief guest.

The guest of honour was Director (Operations) Liberation Netbase LLP Palas Chatterjee.
  
The ‘Business Plan’ competition witnessed the participation of national and international teams. The Vista finale will be held on Saturday.
 
Omkar Kapoor, Sakal Maharashtra Beauty Queen Pooja Birari and Sakal Maharashtra Best Smile Sakshi Bhosale will grace this occasion, followed by a DJ night by MH 43 Band.

‘VISTA 2K19’ is host to various events in categories like academic, sports and cultural, blog writing, project presentation, volleyball, table tennis, badminton and many more.
