Mega property fest to be held in city from Dec 6-8

PUNE: To fulfil the housing needs of the home buyers, CREDAI-Pune Metro (Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India) is organising 19th Mega Property Festival from December 6 to 8 at Agriculture College Ground in Sinchan Nagar. 

The event will witness more than 60 well-known real estate developers, who will showcase over 600 RERA registered projects to buyers, who can choose from various under-construction to readymade homes and commercial properties ranging from Rs 20 lakh to over Rs 2 crore. The expo will also include several projects by Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA), Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) and Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC).

This was announced by the members of CREDAI-Pune Metro during a press conference. 

Dignitaries including CREDAI-Pune Metro Vice President Manish Jain, CREDAI-Pune Metro Secretary Aditya Javdekar, Convener of Executive Committee and Head of the Exhibition Committee Arvind Jain, Member of Managing Committee Sachin Kulkarni, CREDAI-Pune Metro Director General DK Abhyankar were present on the occasion.

According to the CREDAI-Pune Metro team, the theme for this year’s exhibition will be ‘Mee Punekar,’ which will highlight the cultural diversity of the city, where people from different walks of life and cultures can come and buy their dream home and settle down in this beautiful city. 

Speaking at the conference, Arvind Jain stated, “The exhibition will provide its members with an ideal platform to showcase their properties in a congenial environment to the prospective buyers. Only RERA registered projects from modest homes to luxurious apartments and bungalows will be displayed.”

About 60 per cent of the projects to be displayed are below Rs 40 lakh. As per the requirement of the visitors, they will be guided to a suitable developer so that it saves time. The officials from around 8 banks will also be present at the event to offer loan facility to prospective buyers.

Speaking on the past response received by CREDAI-Pune Metro for the exhibitions Aditya Javdekar said, “The CREDAI-Pune Metro sponsored property exhibition is attracting more and more people every year and we are receiving a good response. Last year, about 10,000 plus home seekers visited the exhibition and this year we are expecting more than 15000 visitors.”
