Expo for senior citizens to conclude today

Pune: SYMPLE Expo 2019, a property exhibition organised by Athashri by Paranjape Schemes and Sakal Sahyadri Suraksha Kavach, began on Friday at Pandit Farms. The expo also features stalls selling books, surgical equipments and utility items for senior citizens in addition to workshops and entertainment programmes.

The three-day expo that ends on Sunday is also the largest single developer property exhibition by Paranjape Schemes and this is their fifth season of Options Unlimited. 

The property expo has 35 projects across eight cities including Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Nashik and Kolhapur. Four new properties in Kothrud, Bavdhan, Bhugaon and Sinhagad Road were also launched with offers and other discounts.

Manish Khadilkar, General Manager, Marketing of Paranjape Scheme, said, “We are the pioneers in developing housing projects of Athashri Homes, a Paranjape Schemes venture, for the India’s largest senior citizens living community. These projects are designed with senior citizen friendly infrastructure.”

“Also, the Happiness Network from Paranjape Schemes, which is a club that aims at filling up the communication gap between the society members. There are 15,000 members who have been registered till now and to fill the gap between the society members, we organise cultural and sports activities,” Khadilkar added.
