Cloudy sky likely till Feb 11

Pune: The city on Saturday again experienced the brief winter chill as maximum temperature was reduced to 28.6 degrees Celsius. Though the minimum temperature was slightly on the higher side, it was reported to be 12.1 degrees Celsius on Saturday.
 
The day temperature was 2.6 degrees below normal whereas the night temperature was 0.7 degrees above normal.

As per India Meteorological Department (IMD), the sky is expected to be cloudy and hazy till February 11 in Pune. The day temperature will increase till 30 degrees Celsius and night temperature around 14 degrees during this time.

Across Maharashtra, the lowest minimum temperature reported was at 11.6 degrees Celsius at Satara. The highest maximum temperature was reported at 33.1 degrees Celsius at Solapur on Saturday. The weather across the State is expected to remain the same till February 12.

National scenario
The lowest minimum temperature recorded over the plains was at 2 degrees Celsius at Hissar in Haryana and Sikar in east Rajasthan.

As per the IMD, due to likely dry cold northwesterly winds over northwest India, coldwave conditions are very likely in isolated parts over Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi and northeast Rajasthan on February 9 and 10 and over Odisha on February 10 and 11 morning.
