CBSE Std XII results 2019 declared

PUNE: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the Std XII results on Thursday morning.

Hansika Shukla and Karishma Arora have topped the CBSE Class XII exams scoring 499 marks each in the country.

CBSE has declared that top performing region are Trivandrum with pass percentage of 98.2 pc, followed by Chennai region with a pass percentage of 92.93 pc and Delhi region where the pass percentage is 91.87 pc.

Minister of Human Resource and Development (MHRD), Prakash Javadekar in a tweet congratulated all the students who appeared the Std XII CBSE examination this year.

“Congratulations to 10 lakh students who have succeeded in 12th CBSE board examinations and best of luck for those who couldn’t make this time but will make it in next attempt,” he tweeted. 

He further tweeted congratulating  Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV) for 98.54 percent  success rate and Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNV) for 96.62 percent success rate. He also stated that the general result is 83.4 percent and government schools have also fared better.
