PUNE: The SSPM Day School and Junior College had organised ‘TECHwIZ (2018-19)’, a web page designing competition on January 7.
It was held on the occasion of the 71st birthday of All India Shri Shivaji Memorial Society (AISSMS) President Shrimant Shahu Chhatrapati Maharaj.
21 participants from 12 junior colleges and polytechnic colleges from the city participated in this competition.
AISSMS’ Institute of Information Technology (IOIT) College Principal PB Mane was the chief guest for this event.
AISSMS Joint Secretary Suresh Shinde and Principal Shivali Jagtap and Supervisor Vaishali Rao of SSPM Day School and Jr College were also present at the event.
A Powerpoint presentation of AISSMS was showcased during the event by the students of Std XI.
AISSMS IOIT College IT Department HOD Pritesh Patil and Asst Professor Riyaz Jamadar were the judges of the competition.
The first prize was bagged by Shivprasad Rao from SSPM Day School and Jr College, while second prize was secured by Shruti Kulkarni from SSPM Day School & Jr College and Kushal Nagarikar from Bharat English School and Jr College got the third prize. All the other participants were awarded participation certificates.
