Pune: The prestigious ‘Agrowan Smart Shetkari’ award was conferred upon progressive farmer Sanjeev Mane from Ashta taluka in Sangli district at a special ceremony in the city on Friday.
Mane’s unique technique aimed at increasing the productivity of sugarcane crop is proving beneficial for many farmers across the State. At a ceremony held in Tilak Smarak Mandir auditorium, Mane received this award from Co-operative Minister Subhash Deshmukh.
