Sakal Vastu-Plotting expo received immense footfall

Pune: Sakal Media Group organised a two-day Sakal Vastu-Plotting Expo at Pride Hotel, which concluded on Sunday.

The expo received high footfall, where people around Pune visited the expo and made bookings for residential plots.

The expo displayed only residential plots at many places including Talegaon, Baramati, Jejuri around Pune, projects like Life Land, 42 Green Park, Gulmohar Grande, Chintamani Landmark and many more.

Neeraj Chaudhari, Operation Head of Planet I, Life Land projects said, “Around 230 people from Pune had visited Saturday and Sundday, we received 280 people.
Our project is at Kanhe Phata, near Talegaon.

Many had booked the plots and some are revisiting us.”

The expo received maximum footfall from Pune. Dheeraj Chavhan, Liaison, 42 Green Park said, “Since yesterday we received around 150 people and we are expecting more.
Our residential plots are at Baramati, ranging from 2,000 to 6,000 sq ft. There were 10 bookings made since Saturday and we are expecting more.”

Many residents of Pune are looking for residential plots and they had an opportunity to visit the expo and book plots according to their needs.

Vithal Mahadik, a resident of Shivajinagar said, “We are looking for a plot near Pune itself and the expo gave us an opportunity to explore the estate.

“We were looking for a plot near Kamshet and we found one. This expo has helped us a lot to explore more options and we are looking for more projects as well.”

Prashant Kamble, a resident of Navi Sanghvi said, “Coming to the expo provided us with more residential plot options at places we hadn’t thought of.
“We were looking for a plot near Nigdi and we are exploring more.”
