ICSE, CBSE Board examinations cancelled

The ICSE Board has cancelled the ICSE Board Class 10 exam and Class 12 exam, in the wake of coronavirus crisis. The decision by the ICSE Board comes after the CBSE Board announced the cancellation of CBSE Board Class 10 exams and Class 12 exams.
 
The students will be promoted based on internal assignment system, for which board yet to declare details.

During the hearing on CBSE Board Exams, Advocate Jaideep Gupta, who was representing the ICSE Board told the Supreme Court that ISCE Board plans to follow the decision taken for pending boared exams are concerned. 

He also told the court that Bombay High Court had deferred the hearing on the matter until June 23 when CBSE was expected to clarify its stands before the Supreme Court. When asked if the Board would follow whatever CBSE decides the advocate said the ICSE Board would follow the government's decision.

CBSE has also told Supreme Court that board exam for remaining papers that were scheduled from July 1 cancelled. Solicitor General for CBSE told Supreme Court that Delhi, Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra conveyed inability to conduct exams.
