Ayodhya is all set to witness the historic moment. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be laying the foundation stone of the Ram Mandir at Ayodhya today. The Ram Mandir ceremony will see the presence of Prime Minister and four others on the stage comprising, RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat, UP CM Yogi Adityanath UP Governor Anandiben Patel and Mahant Nritya Gopaldas. 175 people have been invited to observe the ceremony due to the coronavirus outbreak.
Other than the PM, seers, sages, leaders who took an active part in the groundbreaking movement and political dignitaries are expected to attend the ceremony.
WHERE TO WATCH LIVE
- The broadcasting network will telecast live major events of the Bhumi Pujan covering various places - Hanumangarhi and Ram Mandir.
- The ceremony will be telecast live by Doordarshan. People can watch the live streaming of entire ceremony from 6:00 am at, DD India Live, DD News Live and DD National.
- One can witness the live streaming of events on the Twitter handles of DD News Line, DD National and other DD Channels.
FOUR PHASE PUJA
The ceremony will take place in four phases. In the first phase Gods other than Lord Ram shall be worshipped followed by the second phase, the holy city of Ayodhya will be prayed along with Lord Ram's army generals Nal, Neel and Sugreev.
Coming to the third phase, Ramarchan pooja, King Dashrath, the father of Shri Ram, with his wives Kaushalya, Kaikeyi and Sumitra will be adored. This puja will be followed by a puja of Lakshman, Bharat and Shatrughan and their wives Urmila, Mandavi and Shrutakirti respectively. During this phase, Lord Hanuman shall also be worshipped. Talking about the concluding phase, Lord Ram's puja will be performed.
