Rakhi festival is one of the important festivals in Indian culture which has an emotional attachment. Every year, the Department of Post takes special care for delivering Rakhis. This year too, it is expected that a significant number of Rakhi mail would be booked across the Post Offices in Maharashtra Postal Circle.
Special booking arrangements, dispatch and delivery of Rakhi mails on priority have been made in all Post Offices in Maharashtra. Rakhi Mail Centers have also been set up in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.
