New power plant operates in Malthan; Energy Minister Dr Nitin Raut

Two days ago, 100/22 KV Gaothan transformers were damaged due to heavy rains and lightning at Malthan. The power supply to domestic and agricultural pumps on this Rohitra was cut off. On September 11, the local villagers approached the energy minister.

Pune: Taking note of the complaints of power consumers, the Minister of Energy, Dr Nitin Raut as per the instructions given by Nitin Raut, MSEDCL immediately replaced the faulty transformer at the Malathan in Shirur taluka in the district in Pune implemented a new transformer.

Two days ago, 100/22 KV Gaothan transformers were damaged due to heavy rains and lightning at Malthan. The power supply to domestic and agricultural pumps on this Rohitra was cut off. On September 11, the local villagers approached the energy minister.

Dr.Nitin Raut demanded that to replace the faulty transformers and to restore power supply. Taking immediate notice of this, Energy Minister Dr Raut called the Chief Engineer of Baramati Circle Sunil Pavade has instructor replace transformers of Malthan.

Similarly, MSEDCL employees immediately installed a new Rohitra at Malthan within 24 hours and restored power supply.

Energy Minister Dr Raut, "The villagers have thanked Raut for taking immediate action on the complaint. With the goal of customer satisfaction in mind," the Energy Minister Dr Nitin Raut.

Awareness has been raised and instructions have been given to take immediate notice of consumer complaints.
