Madhuri Dixit: Will always be grateful to Saroj Khan

Bollywood’s legendary choreographer Saroj Khan passed away in Mumbai after suffering a cardiac arrest. She was admitted to Guru Nanak Hospital in Mumbai after complaining of breathing problem.

Saroj Khan’s moves enhanced the career of many actors in the Bollywood industry and one such to ace the skill is Madhuri Dixit. The three-time National Award winner, choreographed Madhuri for some hit songs such as ‘Dhak Dhak’, ‘Ek Do Teen’, ‘Chane Ke Khet Mein’, ‘Tamma Tamma’, ‘Dola Re Dola’ and more.

Madhuri who credits her guru for her knowledge of dancing is ‘devastated’ after came to know the news of Saroj Khan’s demise.

Madhuri Dixit tweeted, "I'm devastated by the loss of my friend and guru, Saroj Khan. Will always be grateful for her work in helping me reach my full potential in dance. The world has lost an amazingly talented person. I will miss youBroken heart My sincere condolences to the family. #RIPSarojji"

She also expressed grief on Instagram, “I'm devastated & at an utter loss of words today! Saroj ji was part of my journey since the beginning. She taught me a lot, not just about dance but so much more. There's a rush of memories in my head thinking of this big personal loss. My heartfelt condolences to the family.”

The last song that the ace choreographed was also for Madhuri Dixit. The duo worked together for the song ‘Tabah ho Gaye’ from Kalank.
