Steamlok unveils Zero Leak float trap ‘SLFT75’

PUNE: City-based Steamlok Engineering, manufacturers of customer-friendly steam engineering products on Wednesday, launched its Zero Leak Float Trap ‘SLFT75’, which ensures self seating of valves and enables zero leakage technology. 

The product was launched by Chief Guest, Mahesh Desai, CEO, Enemtech Capital Inc, based in USA. The product ‘SLFT75’  (Steamlok Ball Float Trap) also comes with a Unique Rotating Ball Design to ensure continuous cleaning of the valve seat, thus avoiding steam leakages and wear and tear of the valve thus resulting in longer life. The product is designed with Unique self-aligning steam lock release (SLR) arrangement ensures zero steam leak through SLR. It comes with integrated strainer and sight glass. Inbuilt Strainer ensures improved reliability of the Ball Float trap as strainer protects the trap from all foreign invasion in the steam line. Integrated sight glass ensures proper monitoring of Ball Float Trap and not be like a Black Box which is present in conventional Ball Float Traps.

SLFT75 is the latest addition in the Steamlok range of products which emphasises their commitment to give their customers products that reduce maintenance time. SLFT75 also ensures that the customer saves on space and leakage joints. 

Speaking about the launch of the product, Rasheed Syed, President at Steamlok, said, “We started with zero capital and today we are proud that in a span of 15 years, we have reached a turnover of about Rs 60 crore.”
