Mumbai: In a major boost to the Indian super biking scenario, city-headquartered Kinetic has got into superbike space, as Motoroyale, Kinetic group’s venture of multi-brand superbikes, has launched seven bikes at one go. This foray includes exclusive tie-ups with marquee Italian and British brands for assembling and sale of bikes from its Ahmednagar plant, specially developed to cater to the marquee products such as MV Augusta, Norton and others.
After having launched iconic products like the ‘Luna’ and ‘Kinetic Honda’ which have been a rage from the last four decades, Kinetic will look to continue to rule the motorcycle segment by offering bikes at a price range starting from Rs 3 lakh to Rs 60 lakh.
The motorcycles launched by the company include MV Agusta’s Brutale 800 RR, Limited Edition Norton Commando and Dominator, SWM SuperDual, FB Mondial HPS 300, Hyosung Aquila 650 Pro and GT 250 R.
Earlier, the company had announced their first brand association with MV Agusta, an iconic Italian brand in May 2016, followed by an international joint venture with Norton, a legendary British motorcycle brand in November 2017. Motoroyale has now associated with three more international brands which include SWM, FB Mondial and Hyosung.
Motoroyale also announced that 37 units limited edition Norton Commando and Dominator will be exclusively for sale in India.
At the Ahmednagar plant, there will be a dedicated space for Motoroyale which will be spread over 52 acres and holds a capacity of assembling 30,000 vehicles annually.
Speaking on the occasion Ajinkya Firodia, Managing Director, Motoroyale said, “A two-wheeler is an extension of you, it defines you, and all of us are unique with different tastes, then why should our motorcycle be the same? Hence taking my legacy forward, I envisaged giving motorcycling its real due by not restricting it as a commuter but as a passion. The result of which was Motoroyale, India’s only multi-brand superbike company, that offers a range of products starting from 250 cc to 1000 cc, covering different categories and genres like cruisers, tourers, supersports, adventure tourers and nakeds.”
“Motoroyale is the heaven of motorcycles which is a one-stop shop for one and all where they will get exotic and never seen motorcycles all under one roof. Each tie-up offers both customers, dealers and the market a unique proposition to cater to the requirements and choices of all superbikes,” Firodia added.
With a dealership already been launched at Thane, Motoroyale will launch new dealerships in Hyderabad, Chennai and Delhi. Meanwhile there will be showroom launches in Kochi and Bengaluru in
November.
Pune too is on the radar as the company is planning to open a dealership here along with five other cities which include Indore, Chandigarh, Ahmedabad, Jaipur and Kolkata.
