Embassy Office Parks partners with KLAY Schools to offer daycare and pre-school solutions at the Embassy Tech Zone in Pune

Pune: Embassy Office Parks has signed an MoU with KLAY Schools, India's largest premium Pre-school cum Daycare chain for a strategic partnership to establish onsite childcare facilities and preschools within their Parks — the latest one being in Pune.

The facility will enable corporates occupiers across Embassy Office Parks to address the challenges and obstacles working parents, especially mothers, face in their daily lives.

KLAY School will offer daycare and pre-school solutions initially to around 40 children including infants aged from 1 to 10 Years at the Embassy Tech Zone, Pune.

The facility would have exclusive age segregated rooms for infants, toddlers and after-schoolers with CCTV systems to allow parents to monitor the children real time.

There are 2 more KLAY centers proposed to open at Embassy Tech Village and at Embassy Manyata in Bangalore by end of this year.

KLAY centers at each of the Embassy Office Parks will range from 3000 to 8000 square feet and would include best in industry features such as Live HD CCTV streaming; age segregated classrooms, outdoor play areas, in-house kitchen, 100% child-proof classrooms, innovative learning aids along with a digital diary system which helps parents instantaneously interact with the center on all child related aspects.

Mike Holland, CEO, Embassy Office Parks said, “We at Embassy Office Parks believe in providing a complete business eco-system to our occupiers. The recent amendment to the Maternity Bill mandating the availability of a day care within 500 m of work spaces has been another stimulus for us to expedite this partnership for the benefit of our corporate occupiers. This is yet another step to deliver and maintain the requisite infrastructure to support a diverse and productive workforce within our office parks.”

“Considering the number of women joining the workforce every year this facility will definitely help working mothers to maintain their work life balance and aid in employee retention.” He added.

Priya Krishnan, Founder & CEO, KLAY Schools said, “Being a working mother myself and having serviced over 5000 parents across KLAY’s pan India network means as a team, we are well aware about the needs of not just parents as our chief stakeholders but also of builders, corporates, facility managers and the communities where we operate. As a brand conscious organization about providing premium services to our clients, customers and most importantly our kids, this partnership with Embassy Office Parks presents itself as a great fit in terms of the credibility that people associate with Embassy as well as the high quality spaces that they are known to operate in. We are sure that this tie-up would help us service many more corporates and further help strengthen our position as India’s biggest corporate daycare service provider.
