The winner of Bigg Boss 13 will be announced in next hours. Fans who are hooked on to the show for past fours months have been rooting for their favourite contestants. On Friday, the makers announced their top six contenders—Asim Riaz, Shehnaaz Gill, Sidharth Shukla, Rashami Desai, Paras Chhabra and Arti Singh. But according to sources, Arti has already been evicted from the reality show.
SO WHO REALLY DESERVES TO WIN?
According to various polls, Sidharth and Asim are audience’s top two finalists. Shehnaaz, who has gained a huge popularity among the masses stands third. But it's Sidharth and Asim's journey inside the house, which make them an obvious choice.
In fact, because of fans, Asim and Sidharth kept trending on twitter. In fact, fans started trending #AsimForTheWin, which achieved an impressive record of 15 million tweets. Sidharth wasn't far behind. #ChartbusterSid became the top trend on twitter with close to 8million users retweeting it.
So the competition is between these two good looking men.
WHY SID?
If various social media users are to be believed, Endemol and Colors Channel are supporting Sidharth who have a close connection with the channel. He has worked on two their shows –Balika Vadhu and Dil Se Dil Tak. He was also the winner of their reality show –Khatron Ke Khiladi season 7.
All through the show, we have seen the makers supporting the actor on various occasions. His aggressive and abusive nature isn't new. Being physical on the show is a complete no-no. But instead of taking a stand, the makers have been lenient with the actor.
But there is no denying that Sidharth enjoys a huge fan following. He has got Bollywood actors , former Bigg Boss contestants and his dedicated fans supporting him all through show. Many have come in support of his behaviour and blamed others for poking him.

Sid has been part of controversies too. From the makers being bias towards him to former Bigg Boss winner Shilpa Shinde talking about being in an abusive relation with the actor. The actress on Saturday shared an audio of Sidharth abusing and cursing her. In an interview, she said that she was in a relationship with the actor, who has physically abused her. But that hasn't affected his fans one bit. They have rooting for him.

WHY ASIM?
When Asim Riaz, a model entered the show four months back with an English accent, no one knew him. No one their wildest dreams be the channel, production house or the audience had imagined that Asim will be a top contender on the show.
The model initially failed to create any content on the show but gradually people started noticing him. He developed an unlikely friendship with Sidharth. The two created a strong bond and treated each other as brothers.
But the friends soon turned foes and their fights became the highlight of the show. They abused and physically assaulted each other. Those who have followed the show, cannot deny that Asim was constantly being bullied by Paras and Sidharth. But Asim gave it back and took a stand for himself. That connected with the audience.
He showed his romantic side when he openly shared his love for Punjabi actress and singer Himanshi Khurana on the show. The two along with Shefali Zariwala and Hindustani Bhau developed a friendship.
Because of his differences with Shefali, Asim became close to Rashami and Vishal Aditya Singh. They stood for each other and Vishal continued to support Asim even after his eviction.
Asim has gained a huge fan following and his fans have been rooting for him all through. On several occasions, when they felt that Asim was being targeted by host Salman Khan and the makers, they have opened shared their displeasure on social media.
