To have the auspicious beginning of the promotions of The Zoya Factor, Sonam Kapoor Ahuja visited Shree Mukteshwar Devalaya, the Shani Temple in Mumbai, to seek ‘good-luck’ for the film. She visited the temple and performed puja there.
The Zoya Factor is all about Sonam being a lucky charm for the Indian cricket team. She also wants to make sure that the ‘good luck’ applies to her upcoming film starring Dulquer Salmaan as well.
Donning a grey ethnic dress, Sonam looked her best with minimal makeup and a bright red lipstick, which completed her look.
“The Zoya Factor is an unusual story of Zoya Solanki, an advertising agent who becomes a lucky charm for the Indian cricket team when she chances upon meeting the captain of the team Nikhil Khoda and how it starts raining luck ever since then,” says a source.
The film, directed by Abhishek Sharma and produced by Fox Star Hindi, is slated to release on September 20.
