Novotel launched Heartist Celebration Week 2019 to celebrate the real assets of the brand — the employees. The initiative was a humble yet heartfelt tribute to give back to the employees by celebrating their success and contribution in making the brand a world leader. The theme for this year’s celebration was ‘Diversity and Inclusion – We are many, we are one!’
As the event was celebrated at all Accor Hotels across the country, Novotel Pune undertook some fun and engaging activities to mark the celebration. On day one (August 27) employees of Novotel Pune participated in an interesting dance workshop followed by Dahi Handi celebrations in the evening. On day two, the fun was further accentuated with Antakshari and other musical games organised through the day. On day three, the hotel hosted an in-house talent hunt competition, karaoke, cultural fashion show and a grand award ceremony that gave the celebration a perfect end.
