Not just another exhibition

Not just another exhibition

Wait a minute, another exhibition? Wrong! The Ombré Trunk Show works on building, branding and showcasing women entrepreneurs. When women come together, they can move mountains. The Ombré Trunk Show, put together by Kareena Shewani, has nine women entrepreneurs displaying their creations. Each lady has a story to tell about her skill set, overcoming professional blocks to reach where she is today.

Sakal Times is the media partner for the event. Members of the Sakal Times Platinum Women’s Club have to bring their membership card to collect special coupons at the entry.

Actor Divya Seth Shah is the chief guest and will inaugurate the show. This being an annual show, the products are carefully curated over a period of time and the best are brought to Pune. The preview includes traditional and handloom sarees by Hastakala, Indo-fusion wear from Ombré by Dimple Sujanani, Kausalya by Sayuri, jewellery from Arra by Aradhana, home decor by Art & Now, pottery by Pottery Den, a turmeric line of skin care from Rosh, bohemian bags crafted by Carry Smart. There are organic healthy mixes by Om Organic foods, beautiful installations from Happy Moments crafted by Ranjeeta Khatnani. You can consult image coach  Yogita Kulkarni for styling and fashion and get photographed by ace wedding photographer Vinita Nagrani.

The Ombré Trunk Show ushers in the festival of Diwali and creates an ambience filled with happiness and fragrance. It also supports The Wishing Factory, an NGO that works to fulfill dreams of children with thalessemia. The show will be held at 288 Sindh Society, Aundh, on October 3-4 between 11 am–8 pm.
