A New Look

British luxury brand Jimmy Choo hosted a glamorous sundowner cocktail event in celebration of the new JC Collection at Asilo, the stylish rooftop restaurant and lounge at The St Regis, Mumbai. Overlooking the sunset, guests discovered the latest highlights of the Autumn Winter 2018 collection, whilst enjoying JC inspired cocktails and canapés.

As part of a definition of the codes of Jimmy Choo, an abbreviated logo has been introduced for AW19. An interlinked ‘JC’ faceted with a confident silhouette, is a constant reminder of the brand’s meaning and value.

The JC logo was the highlight of the evening with guests striking poses against the unique backdrop.

An installation of gold JC logos was suspended from the cabanas like a constellation of stars.

Soulful tunes by Tiana Taraporewala entertained the guests throughout the night. Among the attendees were Malaika Arora, Mandira Bedi, Sophie Choudry, Sarah Jane Dias, Mansi Scott, Anaita Shroff Adjania, Pooja Advani, and Aditi Govitrikar among others.

Commenting about the event Malaika said, “Jimmy Choo has always been close to my heart. It is my pleasure to be part of this celebration of the new JC monogram and the latest collection. Choo as a brand, has always offered unique styles and designs and the latest collection truly represents the brand’s aspiration of luxury with minimalism.”

Jimmy Choo encompasses a complete luxury accessories brand. Women’s shoes remain the core of the product offer, alongside handbags, small leather goods, scarves, sunglasses, eyewear, belts, fragrance and men’s shoes. The brand has a global network encompassing more than 200 stores and is present in the most prestigious department and specialty stores worldwide.

Jimmy Choo is part of the Capri Holdings Limited, a global fashion luxury group publicly listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker CPRI.
