On the work front, Aamir will start working on his upcoming project Lal Singh Chadda, which is a remake of Forrest Gump.

Besides Aamir and Kiran, Marathi actress Spruha Joshi and her family members voluntarily contributed to the cause taken up by Paani Foundation. Spruha, along with her mother and aunt, actively participated at a village in Sinner taluka.

Said Spruha, “Last year, I went to Pakhare village in Purandar taluka for voluntary work. The experience was very good, because of which my mother and aunt decided to join me this year for the voluntary work. I am happy that I am able to take part in Paani Foundation’s initiative to actively tackle the problem in water-deprived villages. I feel satisfied that I was able to make my contribution in making Maharashtra rich with running streams.”

Sai Tamhankar also joined the cause. She has been contributing for the last four years. “She was seen working hard along with the villagers at Solshi village of Koregaon taluka,” a source added.
