Gigi brings back the ’90s

Gigi brings back the ’90s

Reebok, a global pioneer in fitness innovation, has always aimed at keeping things fashionable. And continuing to do so, Reebok has taken their unstoppable partnership with global icon Gigi Hadid to new heights. On the heels of their capsule collection released in 2018, the two are proud to unveil the full Reebok x Gigi Hadid clothing and sneaker collection.

An exploration of the past and present, this 14-piece collection of apparel and sneakers combines Reebok’s authentic heritage with Gigi’s unique background in both fashion and sport. Reebok’s ’90s heritage is an essential part of their DNA and Gigi’s history as an athlete is core to the woman she’s become. As a former volleyball player and equestrian, sports are near and dear to Gigi’s heart. Featuring bold stripes, colour-blocked patterns and ’90s  -inspired designs, Gigi made sure to have her love of volleyball come through in each element of the collection.

In addition, Gigi can be seen wearing the brand new Aztrek Double — an updated version of the original ’90s runner with an extra thick midsole that makes its debut in her new collection. Rooted in ’90s style but updated for modern day, Gigi’s version of the Aztrek Double can be paired with any outfit in her collection and is the perfect to add a little old school flair to the wardrobe.

Gigi can be seen working closely with the Reebok designers in a short video where she discusses the design process and inspiration for the collection as she compares fabric samples and works on sketches.
Stepping out of the studio and into the forest, Gigi is styled like you’ve never seen her before in the collection’s campaign imagery. Nodding to her childhood, the images play on that fact that while she has grown up in the fashion world, she still loves to be outdoors. The collection is available online and in select Reebok stores.
