WRAPS
Wraps have become a popular option for many youngsters. It’s a convenient and quick meal. Wraps are enjoyed by a large chunk of people since they can be customised as per an individual’s likings. While some prefer vegetable filled ones, others are more interested in the meat loaded ones in the form of Frankies and Shawarmas. “Wraps are a tasty way to eat healthy. They are easy to put together and can even be bought from most fast food joints. It’s a light, yummy and quick meal that does not require any additional condiments or side dishes,” says Rayaansh Kumar, 18-year-old engineering student and foodie.
