Pranayam and meditation are healthy practices during times of chaos. Working as a senior sales manager, my job is stressful. To tackle this, I keep visiting peaceful places, somewhere amidst nature, for mental, physical, and emotional detox. I, along with my family, take this break twice a year and I feel completely rejuvenated and relaxed. Overall, it helps me to be happy and peaceful in all situations.”
Meditation and breathing exercises have proven to be helpful, contributing towards overall well-being. Priyanka Vani, who works with an estate agency in Rasayni and is a member of Art of Living, says, “I like to go to Triveni Ashram in Pune which is surrounded by greenery and has a spiritual vibe.
