Actor Ranveer Singh has decided that only the artists will get credit in the music videos launched by his independent record label IncInk. The actor recently launched his independent record label with music evangelist Navzar Eranee. His project will look to unearth the future superstars of the music scene and present their raw talent to a global audience. IncInk dropped their first music video titled Zeher and presented young rapper Kaam Bhaari.
But it didn’t go unnoticed how Ranveer is putting artists at the forefront because when Zeher was uploaded on streaming platforms, it didn’t have Ranveer’s credit. It just focussed on Kaam Bhaari as he was the creator of the music.
“It just goes to show the commitment that Ranveer has towards his artists. He specified clearly that IncInk is a company formed by artists for artists and art and they are living by this promise. That’s what is refreshing to see. The entire focus is to create the next superstars of the music scene. Ranveer is purely using his superstardom to bring focus and attention to these raw and brilliant talents of our country,” says a music industry source.
“Even in the music video, he didn’t sing and he also strategically did just a cameo so that more people discover the video and watch the talent of Kaam Bhaari. It’s incredible to see the focus on talent and the entire music industry has noticed this,” the source further revealed.
