Pune: Qualifier and fourth seed Jayesh Pungaliya of Maharashtra toppled top seed Faisal Qamar of Rajashtan 6-4, 5-7, 6-4 to enter the men’s finals in the MSLTA Hotel Ravine All India Ranking 2 lakh tennis tournament at Ravine Hotel tennis courts in Panchgani on Thursday.
