Pune: Priyadarshini Sports Centre, Khadki had an easy opening encounter downing Kids XI 8-0 in the inaugral Mar Osthathios Invitational Hockey Tournament at the Major Dhyanchand Hockey Stadium, Nehrunagar-Pimpri here in Saturday.
In the lone encounter of the day, Priyadarshini Sports Centre, Khadki (PSC) opened their account via Calwin Myla (11th).
A brace of goals by Sanket Shinde (14th, 17th) ensured the game was turning out to be a one-sided affair. At half-time PSC led 3-0.
Changing ends, PSC dominated Kids Xi and pumped in five more goals.
Gavin D’Souza (39th) scored to make it 4-0, before Ronak Yedlellu, Shantanu Hule, Sebby Anthony and Manoj Pillay scored.
