Pune: JN Petit Technical High School and City International School logged full points while The Bishop’s School had mixed luck in their respective categories in the league phase of the Reliance Foundation Youth Sports football tournament, at PDFA ground, Dobarwadi.
In the junior boys’ category, JN Petit beat The Bishop’s School 2-1. (Derrick Maria (17th) opened the scoring and helped Bishop’s lead at the half-way stage. On resumption, Vedant Mutkekar (30th) and Niraj Rikibe (34th) scored in quick succession to help JN Petit log full points.
The senior boys’ category had Bishop’s stamp their authority with a 7-1 win over Prodigy Public School and go on top of Group-B.
