Kokane Stars win Lions Senior League

Pune: Rajendra Shinde’s star act helped Kokane Stars register an easy win over Pradhikaran Blasters to lift title of “Lions Senior League” Twenty-20 Cricket Championship organized by Lions Club district 323 D-2 at the Nehru Stadium ground.

An all-round performance by Shinde was instrumental in the title win of Kokane Stars. Besides scoring 40 runs, Rajendra was excellent in the field as Kokane Star clinched the title thanks to their 17-run win over Pradhikaran Blasters. Batting first Kokane Stars scored 150 for 5 in 20 overs and then restricted Pradhikaran Blasters to 133 for 7.
