Pune: Jnana Prabodhini High School emerged winners of the  All Girls Inter-school tournament organised by Puneri Paltan under the umbrella of Bol Kabaddi at Liberty Square, Phoenix Market City on Sunday.

The runners-up of the event were Sant Sai English Medium School while the third place was bagged by Shiv Chhatrapati Shivaji Vidyalaya.

Speaking on the occasion Deepika Joseph said, “It was amazing to watch these future stars play so fiercely yet gracefully in the competition. I remembered my good old days of practice and toiling hard to reach where I am today. This whole tournament was filled of nostalgic moments for me. The girls are extremely talented, and I am sure the future of Indian Kabaddi is in safe hands. I would also like to congratulate Puneri Paltan to come up with such an innovative concept. Good show girls and team Puneri Paltan.”
