The team revelled with joy at the end of the Super Sports Indian (165cc) race as Rajiv Sethu came to a halt next to the crew holding first position having led to a 1-2 victory with Mathana Kumar following the team leader.

Although the Super Sports Indian (165 cc) was an important race in the National Two Wheeler Championship which Honda dominated, Honda still had its own flagship tournament, which was a whopping success, to look up to.

Prabhu Nagaraj, Vice President, Customer Service at Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt Ltd was more than ecstatic with Honda Ten10’s performance, as he congratulated the racers and interacted with media persons at the pit.

“I’m thrilled with the team’s performance this tournament, It was a Honda day. This is the first time that Honda had got into all classes in the tournament,”he said.

“The racers, as well as the team, has progressed a lot since 2008, our youngest racer is just 16 years old and everyone at the team puts in equal efforts so that the team can perform at its best.”

Rajiv Sethu who has been the star of the show throughout the tournament was content and relaxed at the interaction and when asked about his most memorable moment in the race said “Today’s memorable moment will just last till the next race, what I will remember though is the effort my team has put behind the race. When I race I always remember the fact that it’s not me I’m racing for but it’s for my team.”

The crew puts in a lot of effort and hard work to achieve the goals they have set for themselves.

After dominating the National Two Wheeler Championship Round 2 Honda is more than optimistic about the next event to come and have their eyes set on taking home the cup this season.
