Dev and Poorva clinch gold medals for Maharashtra

Mumbai’s Dev Tilak Thapa won the first judo gold medal of the day for Maharashtra which saw Delhi take the honours with a dominating performance with six gold medals at Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex in Balewadi on Friday.

Dev Thapa proved superior to Thangjam Abun from Manipur and ended his bout in the 66-kg in just 12 seconds flat.
