Pune: It was a close encounter as Sardar Dastur High School girls defeated Chonde Patil Basketball Academy 32-30 to clinch the title of the Under-13 Invitational District Basketball Tournament which conluded at Phoenix Sports Academy,Ambegaon on Saturday.
Baskets kept coming at regular intervals as the academy girls tried to catch up.
For Sardar Dastur, Vanshika Gothi scored 13 points.
In the battle for the third place, Vidyanchal High School beat Abhinava High School 18-7.

Third place: Vidyanchal High School 18 (Aditi Ghadge 7) bt Abhinava High School 7 (Sachi Pawar 3).
